Chata Olešná

is a traditional log cabin cottage with modern equipment and heated floors. It is located amongst beautiful mountain environment of Kysúce region at the edge of the Olešná village in the part  of Priečnica of that village.
When you enter through the front door, you will be greeted by the warmth of the heated floor and wooden walls. Through the hallway you’ll get to the living/dining room connected to the modern kitchen equipped with everything you might need to find in the kitchen for your comfort and need. In the kitchen you have an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates and cups and other things you might find useful. In the living room there is a large dining table, a corner sofa with a stool, a TV and a children’s corner. Further on the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and two sinks. From the ground floor, there is also direct access to a spacious terrace with a wonderful views of the nature.
There are 3 bedrooms and one toilet on the first floor. Bedrooms: 1x max 3 persons, 2x max 2 persons. 
In the summer or in the freezing winter, you will always feel comfortable at Chata Olešná, which also gives you a choice of making your unforgettable memories of this beautiful region of Slovakia.

You can make your stay more pleasant with various sports activities in the nearby area.

Lovers of winter sports will be delighted by the excellent skiing conditions in nearby ski resorts such as Snowparadise Veľká Rača (23 km), Ski Areál Bila (20 km) or the well-maintained cross-country route Makov-Čadca which goes for 30kms!.

The Kysuce region offers easy tourist walks or bike tours through beautiful nature at any time of the year.

You can go for a walk in the nearest neighborhood where you can find the Klokočovské rocks, the stone balls of Megonka, the birthplace of Jozef Kroner located in the neighboring village of Staškov, where there is also a gallery. Pilgrimage place Živčáková, which will provide an excitement of the physical walks activities as well as taking care of your soul. Nearby historical monuments such as the castle in Bytča, Považský castle or Lietavský castle or Budatín castle. Súľovské rocks or Manínska tiesňava is only 45-50 minutes by car.
